EADX100 Award – English version

EADX100 PROGRAM

The EADX100 Program is composed by the EADX100 Award, EADX100 Single Band Awards and 5BEADX100.

EADX100 Award

1.- The EADX100 Award may be asked by any amateur and SWL.

2.- The award can be obtained by who have worked at least 100 different entities, including EA, EA6, EA8 and EA9.

3.- The EADX100 will be awarded in phone, CW, MGM (machine generated mode) mixed, satellite, EME or MS modes, separately.

4.- Contacts since April 1st, 1949, URE foundation date, will be counted.

  • 4a.- The applicable bands will be 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, 6 and 2 meters.
  • 5.- All current entities of DXCC and WAE Awards are valid (special WAE entities: GM3-Shetland, JW-Bear, IT-Sicily and 4UVIC-ONU Vienna International Center).

  • 5a.- Deleted entities will be also accepted. They will be counted in a separate list. When an entity becomes deleted one, it will be added to the deleted entities credited by each one of the EADX100 participants.
  • 6.- There are endorsements for each 25 additional current entities worked between 100 and 200, for each 10 additional entities between 201 and 270, for each 5 additional entities between 271 and 310 for one additional entity from 311 credited entities. The application must include the minimum credited QSO for obtaining the following endorsement.

    7.- Amateurs with highest number of credited entities will appear in the Honor Roll of the magazine RADIOAFICIONADOS. All these who do not credit any entity during 5 years will be withdrawn from Honor Roll to discretion of URE.

    8.- On December 2005 it is created the Honor Plaque. It can be got if the applicant has confirmed all the current entities minus ten in any EADX100 mode. The fee is EUR 35.00 (or equivalent in US dollars) or 42 IRC for URE members and EUR 60.00 (or equivalent in US dollars) or 72 IRC for non URE members.

    9.- For the mixed mode, it will be necessary to credit at least one entity in two different modes.

    10.- The use of the EADX100 application form is mandatory.

    Electronic logs are recommended. It is necessary also to send the QSL cards. Electronic confirmations (E-QSL) are not acceptable.

    11.- Fees: Write to diplomas@ure.es for current fees.

    Single Band EADX100

    The above rules are applicable, except:

    1.- Applicants must previously get the EADX100 basic certificate.

    2.- The modes for any Single Band EADX100 certificate will be Phone, CW and MGM.

    3.- The applicable bands will be 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12, 10, 6 and 2 meters.

    4.- The Single Band EADX100 certificates will be numbered separately.

    5.- When applied for any EADX100 endorsement it will be applicable also to the pertinent Single Bands awards.

    6.- The Single Band EADX100 will consist of a specific certificate and the respective endorsement stickers.

    Five-Bands EADX100 (5BEADX100)

    The rules of above EADX100 Award are applicable except:

    1.- A certificate is available for working 100 entities on at least five of the HF bands: 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10 meters. Applicants must previously get the EADX100 basic certificate.

    2.- It is necessary to work EA, EA6, EA8 and EA9 in at least five bands.

    3.- The 5BEADX100 can be get on Phone, CW and MGM modes.

    4.- The endorsement system of the EADX100 Award is applicable.

    5.- One point per band will be given according to the worked bands in each entity (a minimum of 5 points and a maximum of 9 points per entity).

    6.- The top 20 will appear in the Honor Roll.

    7.- After getting the certificate, can be obtained the 5BEADX100 Trophy, paying its current cost.
