En el Hamsphere los QSO son de ordenador a ordenador sin salir al aire y no son comunicados reales. Simula el ruido de la banda y simula una emisora, pero todo es ficticio. En Remotehams el QSO es un QSO real, usando la radio por control remoto de otro colega o tu propia emisora desde cualquier punto del planeta gracias a una conexión de internet.

Con respecto a la legalidad o no del contacto para apuntártelo en un diploma si no dicen sus bases lo contrario supuestamente se aplica lo mismo que cuando vas a casa de un colega y te deja usar su equipo de radio. Y deberás decir que estás usando un remoto al corresponsal o identificarte como que operas otra estación. Aunque como en todo uno puede ir a casa del colega y callarse y no decir nada.

Y si operas un remoto de fuera de EA por ejemplo un remoto situado en USA en W5 ya te advierten según la legislación Americana que has de salir como W5/indicativo que es lo correcto. Ejemplo en mi caso W5/EA5CCY y supuestamente si las bases del diploma no prohíben nada al respecto podría confirmarme contactos de esa forma, siempre con el W5 delante y no serían válidos para apuntarlos en mi log de EA5CCY sino en el log donde opero como W5/EA5CCY.

Esto ya va con la conciencia de cada uno. El que quiere hacer trampas las puede hacer de muchas otras maneras. Lo normal en el sistema de remotehams es hacer un QSO para pasar el rato o usarlos cuando no tienes un equipo a mano y tienes ganas de hacer algo de radio haciendo un comunicado real. Pero a efectos salvo que lo uses conectado a tu propia emisora es como si operaras desde casa de otro colega con sus equipos.

En definitiva Remotehams es parecido al remote rig que venden por ahí con la opción de manejar tus equipos o los de otros colegas que te dejen hacerlo.

El simulador ese según mi punto de vista es una auténtica porquería, si algo queremos los radioaficionados es No tener ruido en la banda o tener el minimo.
Ya desde hace unos años no necesitamos identificarnos con el indicativo del dueño de la estación asociado al nuestro cuando vayamos a su casa. Podemos emplear cualquier equipo y cualquier antena, pueden estos equipos o antenas ser prestados, comprados o alquilados. Ya hace tiempo que dejaron de figurar en la licencia, lo mismo que lo podemos utilizar en cualquier vehículo sin que aparezca tampoco en la licencia, ni pedir ningun permiso especial para ello.

Si te refieres a Hamsphere efectivamente es un simulador. No hay equipos, ni antenas ni nada que salga al aire. Si te refieres a RemoteHams es una radio por control remoto y no es ningún simulador es una radio real, con antena real y todo lo que tenga real. Puedes hasta conectar el cabezal de un Elecraft Kx3 a tu ordenador y así tienes hasta los mandos delante y aún es mas real. Esto ya va sobre gustos. Son las nuevas tecnologías y están ahí. Yo uso un equipo SDR en mi estación y no lleva mandos y lo puedo manejar directamente desde el ordenador al que está conectado en mi QTH o desde la oficina si quiero y no por eso deja de ser radio. Incluso en algunas estaciones remotas puedes girar la directiva y manejar el rotor o el amplificador.

Con respecto a si vas a casa de un colega efectivamente si este es de España y tu indicativo también es Español no hace falta que digas nada, lo puedes o no decir por si quieres informar al corresponsal. Pero si por ejemplo te vas a Canarias debes salir como EA8/indicativo ya que has cambiado de entidad. Y si te vas a USA tendrás que salir por ejemplo como dije W6/indicativo ya que no transmites desde EA. Esto es aplicable también a usar una estación real por remoto fuera de EA. Lo que no puedes es estar en USA y salir con tu indicativo de EA sin anteponer el prefijo del país en donde estas como visitante. No serían contactos válidos para tu log.

Esto mismo lo asocio a salir desde un radioclub, pero ya sabemos que a diversas personas no les gusta, aunque sea 100x100 legal.

Desde mi punto de vista, cualquier sistema remoto que transmita desde X ubicación, y el operador este donde este transmite con indicativo legal para esa ubicación es totalmente legal, sea cual fuere el sistema, por ejemplo, yo desde USA conectado vía remoto, vía internet, vía como sea a " mis equipos de radio " en EA3 y saliendo como EA3NN es completamente legal, eso el mi opinión, otra cosa es hacer qsos por internet sin que haya ningún tipo de radio de por medio o algo, eso es que para mi no es hacer radio, eso también es otra opinión mía.

Totalmente de acuerdo Dany. Por eso mi hincapié en distinguir entra una Estación de radio Real en remoto y un simulador de estación que solo trabaja dentro de la red de internet.

Es que sinceramente Pedro, no tenia ni idea de esos simuladores, ni sabia que existian. Espero la gente se lo tome como un entrenamiento para lo que yo creo es la radio real.

En lo que a HamSphere 4 respecta, según lo que he podido ver, bastantes usuarios lo utilizan al verse privados de la posibilidad de instalar antenas, o carecer de equipo, u otra razón por la que ya no puedan acceder a la HF real, y a modo de sucedáneo; completamente conscientes de que no están haciendo radio (hay bastantes operadores de todo el mundo que usan en el programa su propio indicativo de radiaficionado). De entre éstos últimos, los hay que alternan su actividad en HF con la actividad en HamSphere 4.

El simulador HamSphere 4 sirve también para algunos de los que desean descubrir el mundo de la radio, sin tener que invertir grandes sumas en equipos y antenas, y en ese aspecto hay que decir que el software está bastante bien logrado (conste que me refiero a Hamsphere 4, y no al 3: son dos programas distintos, poco tienen que ver el uno con el otro, siendo el 4 bastante más parecido a la realidad al funcionar en las diferentes bandas según el modelo de propagación de DR2W: http://dr2w.de/dx-propagation/ ). Aunque claro, saben que no están haciendo radio.

En ningún momento el programa pretende sustituir a la radio real ni afirma ser igual que la radio. Se vende como lo que es: un simulador, y la propia palabra explica de qué se trata.

Hace poco tiempo, en otro hilo, debatiendo estas cuestiones alguien me puso a caldo por mantener una opinión favorable sobre la validez ética de la acreditación de los QSOs realizados de acuerdo con las normas para obtener los diplomas que permiten operar en modo remoto.

Desde un punto de vista ético, alguien que transmite con su indicativo desde una estación cuyo transmisor y antenas están ubicados en la misma entidad DXCC que la que figura en un su licencia y opera él mismo, es legal tanto para la entidad que autoriza el uso del espectro radioeléctrico como para la ARRL que es quien pone las reglas y por lo tanto también es ético.

Quizá haya algún tipo de diploma en cuyas reglas se imponga la condición de que todos los QSOs deben estar realizados desde el mismo domicilio. Los partidarios de esta forma de operar tienen la oportunidad de crear un diploma que imponga esta norma.

La cultura del esfuerzo se cultiva desde la motivación, no mediante el castigo como algunos quisieran.

Como bien comentas, si el propio software indica que es un simulador, pues no veo problema ninguno, ya comento que no lo conozco.
Sobre lo que comenta Enio esta claro, si X radioclub fomenta un diploma que solo sirven los qsos desde una bici, pues ya esta, no hay problema.
Personalmente a mi me molesta las prohibiciones, que sea legal salir con tu indicativo desde donde quieras, pero X responsable de X diploma no valide esos qsos porque desde su punto de vista no es " etico ", pues que quieres que te diga, para mi eso es ser despota.
Me refiero a salir desde el QTH de un amigo, salir desde el radioclub, salir desde donde yo quiera, nadie tiene que condicionar a nadie, yo antes de fomentar el hamsphere o como se diga, fomentaria el poder ir a casa de un amigo a hacer radio y asi aprender, asi lo hice yo, sin coste alguno, pero como ha comentado Enio, se debatio en un hilo y varios no lo encontraron etico, se dijo incluso esta palabra que se usa tanto y se ha hecho tan famosa entre el colectivo de URE, que es TRAMPA.

Pienso que los qsos en remoto son totalmente validos, desde casa de un amigo, desde el radioclub, desde donde se quiera mientras cumpla la normativa vigente, y pienso que el hamsphere a su vez, como comenta un compañero que ya indica que es un simulador, es una buena opcion para gente que como yo, cuando empece, no tenia un duro ni nadie que hiciera radio cerca.

Este tema ya se ha tocado varias veces.
Yo no veo ningún problema, de ninguna clase, mientras el indicativo usado sea donde está la estación.
Si el operador está sentado a un metro, a un kilómetro o a mil kilómetros de la estación, me da igual. No influye ni modifica ningún escenario.

Como se ha dicho muchas veces; el largo del cable del micro, no cambia nada.

Cosa diferente es que quieran engañar diciendo que están donde no están, etc.

Por otro lado, el poder tener una estación remota, va a ser, y ya es, una de las mejores opciones para poder operar una buena estación sin las restricciones de los edificios y las ciudades.

En EA, montar una buena estación "en el pueblo", y operarla desde el piso en la ciudad, me parece una magnífica solución.

Bueno yo hago radio en remoto a veces con el openHPsdr desde cualquier sitio de la casa , la gracia está en que no le puedo poner un manipulador de cw y con los macros me quedo siempre como si me faltara decir algo.
Por lo demás lo de no poner la /P cuando sales desde otro sitio ,pues como que no sabe ni D. donde estas, y casi todos nuestros diplomas premian el sitio

Sigo pensando que hay una gran diferencia entre Radioaficionado y Operadores de Radio , me enseñaron electricidad,radioelectricidad,normativa,cw,me podria alguien explicar cual es la diferencia entre hablar por telefono movil y estar saliendo en remote?

Hola Biel, hombre, bajo mi punto de vista, no tiene nada que ver.
Claro, veo que tu te limitas a ver la "foto final" de alguien hablando por un ordenador o tableta o lo que sea.
La diferencia es que mientras el móvil lo enciendes y hablas, el remoto tienes que ser radioaficionado y montar toda la estación igual que siempre; torre, antena, equipos, lidiar con la ROE, etc.
Esa estación la puedes operar en local, por ejemplo para concursos, vacaciones, etc. La diferencia es que le instalas un aparato más para poder operarla en remoto, cuando las circunstancias no te permiten "ir al pueblo".

Es una ayuda extra, como en su día fue el libro de guardia en el ordenador, o como son los modos digitales actuales, etc.

¿Es la siguiente imagen un teléfono móvil o una estación de radioaficionado?

Es CR2X, la estación en Azores de la gente de Radio Arcala - OH8X. Cuando pueden, van a Azores y concursan desde allí, y cuando no quieren o no pueden, la manejan en remoto. Igual hacen con OH8X.
¿Me vas a decir que OH8X es un teléfono móvil?

¿Que diferencia hay de manejar un libro de guardia en el ordenador o manejar una base de datos?

¿Que diferencia hay de hacer modos digitales en el ordenador y jugar a los marcianitos?

Viene siendo lo mismo, no tienen nada que ver, lo único es que hacen uso de unas tecnologías (herramientas) que antes no las había (ordenadores, internet, etc).

Pues eso precisamente son estaciones reales en remoto. Y el software al que se refiere el enlace play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.remotehams.rcforb.client es una opción para manejarlas desde el móvil. Antenas reales, radio real y trasmisión real que puedes usar si el dueño de la estación te deja. Es como dejarte operar mis equipos sin necesidad de que estés presente en mi casa.

Y lógicamente como los equipos son míos si quiero te dejo y si no los uso yo solito. Ya es cuestión de cada uno. Gracias a este sistema están haciendo radio gente que hace años quitó sus antenas porque no podían instalarlas en su QTH y han vuelto a la radio. Y no os podéis imaginar lo que lo agradecen.

Mi estación figura en ese listado y su uso es gratuito para todos los que muestren su licencia de radioaficionado en vigor siempre que hagan el uso ético, correcto y responsable de la misma y atendiéndose a la legislación vigente. No cobro nada por ello y presto mis equipos y mis antenas y pago la factura de la luz.

Si mas gente hiciera lo mismo ayudaríamos a la recuperación de antiguos radioaficionados y a la entrada de muchos nuevos al no tener que hacer momentáneamente inversión para equipos y antenas. No hay que nadar contra corriente. Las nuevas tecnologías están ahí y hay que adaptarse y aprovecharlas.Tenemos que dejar de mirarnos el ombligo, ser mas solidarios y ayudar al que lo necesita. Cada uno como buenamente pueda.
