CIA Award Iberoamerican Communication - English version Imprimir E-mail

1.- The CIA Award may be obtained by any amateur and SWL. It is available for SSB, CW or MGM (machine generated modes). It is issued for contacts with Iberoamerican countries.

2.- Levels:

  1. Gold: Work 20 Iberoamerican countries, plus Portugal and Spain (22).
  2. Silver: Work 15 Iberoamerican countries, plus Portugal and Spain (17).
3.- Apply to: URE, P.O. Box 220, 28080 Madrid, Spain. GCR by an IARU Society is acceptable.
The application form can be downloaded from the URE web page www.ure.es ("Descargas" area).

4.- Fee for non URE members: EUR 6.00 (or equivalent in US dollars) or 7 IRC.

Valid countries: CE-Chile, CO-Cuba, CP-Bolivia, CT-Portugal, CX-Uruguay, EA-Spain, HC-Ecuador, HI-Dominican Republic, HK-Colombia, HP-Panama, HR-Honduras, KP4-Puerto Rico, LU-Argentina, OA-Peru, PY-Brazil, TG-Guatemala, TI-Costa Rica, XE-Mexico, YN-Nicaragua, YS-El Salvador, YV-Venezuela and ZP-Paraguay.
